I hit it off well from the start with my first school roommate.
The housing department at our school did a nice job placing the two of us together, in part because our personalities meshed absolutely well.
Both of us are both introverts, listen to the same songs, love the same movies, in addition to eat a lot of the same food too. On multiple occasions we’d go to campus parties together after class, or simply hang out in our dorm room playing his Xbox that he brought from beach condo that year. Unluckyly, my eighth school roommate wasn’t nearly as friendly, nor did all of us share multiple similarities or proper interests. He also had a habit of partying with friends late at night in our shared communal space while I was trying to sleep in my room. It was hectic to say the least. When I moved in with a group of men after I finished school, there was always a back in addition to forth on boundaries, shared financial responsibilities, in addition to basic decorum. That’s why I’m so surprised by how well I get along with my current roommate. Both of us even love much of the same foods in addition to shop at almost all of the same stores. One of the best parts about having him as a roommate is the fact that he’s a heating in addition to cooling worker. He buys the best air filters available in addition to does all of the Heating plus A/C repair himself. I never have to worry about a broken air conditioning system or gas furnace as long as I still live with him. It’s going to be unlucky when all of us part ways in the future, but for now I’m just enjoying the benefits of living with a heating in addition to cooling professional.
