Offering energy saving tips to the residents of the suburbs

This unit did not waste energy since it did not have vents

Believe it or not, there are entire communities that still religiously have biweekly neighborhood meetings! I mean who has the time for biweekly neighborhood meetings when you have a job, kids, & a struggling social life. My husbandy kept insisting that the meetings were occasionally beneficial when the speakers were people directly affecting our lives, then such a speaker was the CEO of a Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company. The neighborhood chairperson had invited this individual to deliver energy saving tips on everything Heating, Ventilation, & A/C ranging from completing a heat pump install to dual fuel systems. There were a couple of questions from the residents including a single about which fireplace is the safest in a home with curious toddlers. The resident had a gas furnace however had heard it could be harmful if there were gas leaks. The speaker mentioned that the lifespan of a furnace is approximately a decade with constant service by a heating serviceman… He also emphasized that homeowners should constantly seek advice from a local supplier on the location of outdoor central heating. My neighbor who had a large mansion complained that some rooms were hotter or colder than others. The speaker suggested he updates to a zone control unit that would ensure quality heating to all rooms within the same sector regardless of the floor they are on. I found out on that afternoon that quality heating services were provided by units such as a ductless heat pump. This unit did not waste energy since it did not have vents. The CEO of the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company emphasized straight-forward concernshooting tips on electric furnaces that could save a lot on service fees. At the end of the meeting, I had l earned quite a lot & I was thrilled I had attended.
