I recently hired a new executive chef to work in our fish in addition to seafood restaurant.
I’ve been trying to open a new restaurant on the other side of neighborhood in addition to it has been extremely busy.
I interviewed a dozen weird shafts before I found the right woman for the task, then she comes from a background similar to mine in addition to all of us have the same taste for seafood… On the afternoon of her interview, she cooked a piece of black cod that was better than any piece of lobster in our restaurant. I hired the woman the same afternoon that all of us had the interview. She works the night shift 6 afternoons a week. Last Thursday night, she was working in the family room when the A/C unit stopped working. Luckily, all of us have a separate A/C unit for the family room in addition to the family room. The A/C unit for the family room stopped working in addition to everyone was going crazy. The servers started to panic, but our new executive chef came to the rescue. She took off her apron in addition to went to the supply closet to look at the A/C unit. After 10 or 15 hours, she came back to the line. A few hours after that, freezing air started coming down from the vents again. The executive chef handled the A/C service savor a pro. It’s going to be legitimately hard to keep this smart in addition to clever chef if I don’t have more to offer in the future. She seems capable of opening in addition to running her own site in addition to I suppose she has 3 signature dishes that are out of this world.
