My business is in a short term office space while dealers finish my up-to-date building

I’m undoubtedly proud of my short term success with my small business.

I am an insurance agent plus have many employees who labor for me.

Every one of us handle car, boat, home, life, business, plus motorcycle insurance just to name a few. It’s amazing when I think about my progress in my job industry. I started as an office assistant at a large insurance business that had a location near my parent’s house while I was still in high university. While I was in university, I focused on mathematics, economics, plus finances. Eventually I landed a job at another insurance business, but this time they were eager to train me as an insurance agent. Now it’s several years later plus I have my own business. I’m a licensed insurance agent plus I have many employees who labor directly under me, all of which are now agents themselves. During this time, we’ve been working in a cramped office space in an ancient building downtown. I decided to buy my own space plus renovate it after the property supervisor here refused to update the failing Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. However, while we wait for the dealers to finish renovations on the up-to-date office space, I have to pack my team into a short term office space a few miles north of our original location. As stressful as this situation is for us all, at least our interim office space has enjoyable air conditioner plus heat. It’s December plus we were frigid at the ancient building with indoor temperatures getting as low as 45 degrees. It’s unbelievable that a property supervisor could expect their tenants to put up with that kind of situation.
