The service guy was an hour late for the tune-up

My partner & I scheduled a tune up for our Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit… It’s an pressing area of caring for the oil furnace & the AC, the weather has been getting warmer & more humid, now is the best time to service the Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit, instead of waiting for the temperatures to get hotter & hotter. The appointment was supposed to be Friday afternoon at 10 a.m, and my partner took the afternoon off labor so she could be at the home when the service supplier arrived to complete the work! All of us had a nice lunch together that afternoon. My partner made a hot meal since she was home all afternoon… She made fresh biscuits & gravy, bacon, scrambled eggs & fresh cut fruit. My stomach was full by the time I was ready to leave for work; Everything tasted so fantastic that I did not want to leave a morsel on our plate. I left for labor after lunch & our partner waited for the service supplier to come. At 30 minutes past ten, our partner called me at labor to double check the time for the appointment, however when I confirmed the time, she decided to call the service service. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier was tied up with calls, & our guy was running late from the previous task. The director promised that someone would be there as soon as possible. The service guy did not show up until almost noon. Thankfully, our partner did not have any other chores or errands to run on that afternoon. It wasn’t a giant deal to wait for the tune-up service professional.
