I recently hired a modern executive chef to work in my fish in addition to seafood restaurant.
I’ve been trying to open a modern restaurant on the other side of city in addition to it has been severely busy. I interviewed a dozen weird shafts before I found the right person for the job, she comes from a background similar to mine in addition to both of us have the same taste for seafood, however on the afternoon of her interview, she cooked a piece of black cod that was better than any piece of lobster in our restaurant. Last Monday night, she was working in the kitchen when the A/C component stopped working. Luckily, both of us have a separate A/C component for the living room in addition to the kitchen. The A/C component for the kitchen stopped working in addition to pretty much everyone was going crazy. The waiters started to panic, however my modern executive chef came to the rescue. She took off her apron in addition to went to the supply closet to look at the A/C unit. After 10 or 15 hours, she came back to the line. A few hours after that, cold air started coming down from the vents again. The executive chef handled the A/C repair love a pro. It’s going to be particularly strenuous to keep this smart in addition to clever chef if I do not have more to offer in the future. She seems capable of opening in addition to running her own venue in addition to I suppose she has several signature dishes that are out of this world.
