I didn't want to sleep in the sizzling sun

I didn’t program to fall asleep in the sizzling sun yeahterday, however that is exactly what occurred when I went to the beach. I didn’t sleep well the previous night and I was a little tired. I laid our head down for a couple of minutes and I fell asleep in the sand. I woke up 3 hours later when I was red and sunburned. I felt the weight of our arms and legs as I trudged through the sand to our truck. I turned on the air conditioner as soon as I got in the car, although I was genuinely freezing as soon as it came on. It was harshly sizzling outside, although I was feeling chilled. I knew I had too much sun. I went condo and drank a lot of water. I had a light supper and then I laid down by the air conditioner. I woke up about 3 or several hours later and I was in a lot of pain. I took another freezing shower and I put some aloe on our arms and legs. I had to stay condo from labor today, because I still think the effects from the sun yeahterday. I’m going to spend the afternoon in bed with the air conditioner blowing on our sizzling and puffy skin. I hope that a couple of tylenol will take away the pain. I cannot afford to miss a bunch of labor afternoons, and I have a meeting with 2 potential customers tomorrow afternoon. I have to take it easy today, so I can think better tomorrow.
