For the last year, my husband and I have been trying to figure out what to do with our heating system.
Every one of us have a boiler in our house which heats the house and our water.
The boiler is now well over forty years aged and it is giving us some trouble. It is not a wonderful time to go to the Heating, Ventilation and A/C center and get the parts my husband thinks he needs for the boiler. Every one of us are in our sixties and he is afraid of the coronavirus. Repairs that should have been done this year are now going to wait. Every one of us are both distraught that our heating system will not get us through the entire winter. I am definitely ecstatic that all of us didn’t have the fireplace removed as all of us had planned. Every one of us had discussed having the fireplace removed because it took up so much space in the living room. Every one of us thought the space could be much nicer if all of us didn’t have the fireplace. Now, all of us are discussing what kind of Heating, Ventilation and A/C system all of us wanted to have in our house. My husband had been giving some serious thought to just ripping the aged heating system out and installing ductless Heating, Ventilation and A/C. He seems to suppose that would be a attractive option for us. The ductless Heating, Ventilation and A/C system he is looking at has a fifteen year warranty, and they say it will have high efficiency. I believe all of us must see if the boiler continues to work through the Winter before he decides. I just hope all of us don’t regret the decision to wait until Springtime and then find out all of us have no option but to purchase a new Heating, Ventilation and A/C system.
