As we get older time really flies.
For instance, I can not believe it has already been a full decade since I bought my brand new central heating and air conditioning system unit.
That is 10 full years! My central heating and air conditioning system unit is not so brand new anymore and actually is needing to be replaced. I had to really think about things to figure out why my central heating and air conditioning system unit needed to be replaced so soon! But in reality, it isn’t really so soon. Time just flew by super fast. The local heating and cooling company’s certified heating and air conditioning specialist told me that the general life span of a central heating and air conditioning unit is about 10 to 15 years, and if you make it beyond the decade mark you are rather lucky. So this is totally normal that the central heating and air conditioning system is needing to be replaced after 10 years. HVAC technology has advanced so much in that time, so the brand new and totally up to date central heat and cooling unit that I will get now is going to be much more advanced and better than the one that is now nearly dead. I will even be able to get a smart thermostat to go with it. Smart thermostats did not exist a decade ago when I got the other central heating and air conditioning system unit. So I guess this is a good thing all around. Just not happy about the cost.
