Mental health is affected by indoor air control

I don’t think anybody who feels confident in meeting new humans or engaging in small talk! That’s why I have been trying to tell my community members about a new hack that I came up with, then learn about air quality and air temperature management.

I think I am in a particular position these days to talk about mental health; however for the past year I have been laboring on a mental health blog and podcast which has genuinely taken off. It’s been shocking to see people from all over the world connecting with my message; putting the sound of my voice on the airwaves is a bit nerve-wracking, but I get fantastic reception. But all of that being said, one of the most proper things that all of us seem to struggle with is social anxiety. I don’t think anybody who feels confident in meeting new humans or engaging in small talk! That’s why I have been trying to tell my community members about a new hack that I came up with, then learn about air quality and air temperature management. If that sounds crazy to care about HVAC as a way to treat anxiety, let myself and others explain… Then, have you ever been in a situation where you did not think of what to say? Instead of commenting on the outdoor temperature—the weather—how about you comment on the indoor air temperature and air quality? Everybody has an opinion when it comes to air temperature preference and high-quality indoor air. Nobody on this planet wants to be too cold or burning hot inside of a building, but you also don’t want to recognize like there is dust and dander floating into your respiratory idea because of an awful heating and cooling idea with dirty air filters. As such, if you can just learn a thing or more than one about a/cs, media air cleaners, and smart thermostats you will always have a way to make easy conversation; so just complain about the indoor air temperature, everybody prefers it.
