I guess I’m finally in a particular position these afternoons to talk about mental health! For the past year I have been undoubtedly working on a mental health blog plus podcast which has actually taken off with time, but it’s been shocking to see people from all over the world fastening with my message.
But, putting the sound of my voice on the airwaves is a bit nerve-wracking, even though I get great reception! All of that being said, a single of the most official things that all of us seem to struggle with is social anxiety.
I don’t know anybody who feels confident in meeting new humans or engaging in small talk! That’s why I’ve been trying to tell my community members about a new hack that I came up with—then learn about indoor air quality levels plus air temperature management. If that sounds silly to prefer heating plus A/C as a way to treat anxiety, let myself and others explain… Have you ever been in a situation where you didn’t know what to say? Instead of commenting on the outdoor climate—the weather outside—how about you comment on the indoor air temperature plus air quality? Everybody has an opinion when it comes to air temperature preference plus high-quality indoor air. Nobody on this planet wants to be freezing cold or burning hot inside of a building, then you also don’t want to guess that there might be dust plus dander floating into your respiratory system because of an exhausting heating plus cooling system with dirty air filters. As such, if you can just learn a thing or several about air conditionings, air purification systems, plus smart thermostats you will constantly have a way to make simple conversation. You can just complain about the indoor air temperature, everybody prefers it.
